Greetings, Phi Beta Delta Colleagues!

It is with great excitement and anticipation that I write to you as the 2008-2009 President-Elect of the Society to let you know that we are now requesting paper/presentation proposals for the 2009 Annual Conference: Coming together at the Water's Edge:  Cooperation and Collaboration in a Changing Global Environment, which will take place April 2^nd and 3^rd, 2009, at the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort, located just north of Miami, Florida.  Hotel and conference registration will be made available at the end of the summer.
